COURSES
If nothing further is informed, open courses are provided on weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Open courses are generally conducted in Finnish. All delegates will be informed if the course language is other than Finnish.
Open course is a scheduled course. Specific course information for open courses are available at Hawkware Training's www-site.
Custom course is a separately customized course. Customized course details are literally agreed with the customer.
Hawkware Training reserves a right to change course lenghts, schedules and contents.
HOW TO ENROLL
1) Send e-mail at info at hwt (dot) fi OR
2) Call +358 40 507 1767 OR
3) fill in a registration form at www.hwt.fi
The registration form is completed when the details below are fullfilled:
- Your name and the company's name
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
- Training course title and date
- Invoicing information (company name, address, contact person, reference if available)
It is recommended that the course registration is made within 2 weeks to the course date.
COURSE FEES
Course fee includes breakfast, lunch and beverages.
COURSE MATERIALS
Course material fee is charged separately.
Course material will be ordered by Hawkware Training.
CONFIRMATION
Participants will receive course confirmation within 2-3 weeks to the course date. If you have not received the course confirmation 5 days before the scheduled course date please call at +358 40 507 1767 or send e-mail at info at hwt dot fi
CANCELLATION
If cancellation is received within 8 - 14 days prior to the start date, 50 % of the course fee will be forfeited.
If cancellation is received within 7 days prior to the start date, full course fee will be forfeited.
If Hawkware Training is obliged to order the course material more then 14 days before the course date, the material will be forfeited from the customer. In these cases, the material will be sent to customer by Hawkware Training.
When registered student is unable to attend the class it is possible to replace him/her for another student.
Hawkware Training reserves a right to cancel and add more courses if necessary.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment term is 14 days. An interest for the overdued payment is 14 %.
