Courses
Check Point Security Administrator R70:
This is a foundation course for Check Point's Security Management Systems, Security Gateway Systems, and deployment platforms. It provides an understanding of basic concepts and skills necessary to configure Check Point Software Blades including Firewall, IPSEC VPN, IPS, Network Policy Management, Logging & Status, and Monitoring, URL Filtering, Antivirus & Anti-malware, Anti-spam & Email Security.
Check Point Security Expert R70:
This five-day course provides an understanding of advanced concepts and skills necessary to configure Check Point Security Gateway and Management Software Blades. During this course, you will process a Change Request, implement Provisioning, and configure SSL VPN remote access. In addition, you will deploy HA, and configure your network for advanced routing features such as VTIs, while employing the Eventia suite for advanced reporting and monitoring options.
Check Point CCSE R70 Upgrade:
A five-day upgrade training for the CCSE NGX certified students. This course provides an understanding of advanced concepts and skills necessary to configure Check Point Security Gateway and Management Software Blades. During this course, you will process a Change Request, implement Provisioning, and configure SSL VPN remote access. Further topics covered are: Check Point Messaging Security, IPS, Clustering and Advanced Routing. In addition, you will deploy HA, and Monitor and Report on network traffic. This course prepares students for the CCSE R70 Upgrade certification exam.
Check Point Provider-1 R70:
This two-day course provides an understanding of the concepts and skills necessary to configure, implement and manage Check Point’s Provider-1 R70; including installation and configuration of multi-domain servers, creation and configuration of Customer Management Add-ons (CMAs), migration of existing Security Management Servers into CMAs and the configuration, implementation and installation of global policies and VPNs, and manage multiple distinct sites via a single management interface.
VSX:
Two-day instructor-led VSX offers in depth training on deploying and managing Check Point's VSX. Students will learn to configure security policies for multiple customers that will be enforced on a single gateway using the Multi-Domain Graphical User Interface (MDG). Students will also learn how to deploy a VSX Gateway in a VLAN-enabled environment and how to configure VSX Gateway High Availability.
Endpoint Security - Full Disk Encryption:
This one-day course is designed for information-security and information-technology professionals responsible for maintaining the security of sensitive information at the desktop or laptop level, an who need to troubleshoot and maintain these installations. This course is also designed for professionals seeking their Check Point Certified Professional Specialist - Full Disk Encryption R70 certification.
Endpoint Security - Media Encryption:
One-day class that is designed for Information Security and Information Technology professionals responsible for maintaining the security information at the desktop or laptop level, and who need the tools to troubleshoot and maintain these installations. This course is also designed for professionals seeking their CPCS-Endpoint Security Media Encryption certifications.
Endpoint Security - SmartCenter for Pointsec / MI:
This course provides an understanding of basic concepts and skills necessary to configure SmartCenter for Pointsec - MI. During this course, you will install and configure the SmartCenter for Pointsec - MI framework, configure and deploy the client side components and configure and deploy the security module Full Disk Encryption.
Endpoint Security - Security Secure Access:
Two-day course teaches you how to configure and manage an Endpoint Security Client using the Endpoint Security Management Console. You will learn the basics of gateway integration, and how to deploy Endpoint Security in your organization.
